This is a new community amenity center for the Chisholm Trail HOA. It has an open concept club house with a fireplace, seating areas, restrooms, and two swimming pools connected to surrounding trails and playgrounds. The children's pool has a zero-depth beach entry, wet deck, shade structures, seating (chaise, benches, and tables) and is adjacent to the larger family pool with a separate in-water lounge area and shaded seating areas. Grass spaces surround the amenity center for family lawn games or picnics.
